Hotel guests receive a free public transport ticket for Lucerne upon arrival. This ticket is valid forbuses and trains within ticket zone 10 in 2nd class throughout the complete stay, including arrival and departure day.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Our hotel is certified, to check-in you need to provide the covid certificate, this means that you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, have had the disease or have a negative test result. You can request the COVID certificate on paper or as a PDF document with a QR code.

1.guests from 16 years on are obliged to show their certificate daily before breakfast.
