Berghotel Trübsee - Accessible Only by Cable Car - Engelberg

Surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and located right next to the ski slopes, Berghotel Trübsee offers a truly special experience. The adventure begins with the cable car ride itself: in just 20 minutes from Engelberg you reach the Trübsee middle station,the hotel awaits at 1.800 metres above sea level. A valid mountain railway ticket is required for the ascent and must be booked separately.

In winter, the fun starts right outside the door with skiing, snow tubing, and a dedicated snow park for children – making it the perfect destination for families and active guests alike. In summer, the surrounding trails and the idyllic Trübsee lakea paradise for hikers and nature lovers.

Please note that the hotel is only accessible by cable car. Its operating hours are 08:00 to 16:30. The cable car is only accessible with a valid ski pass which must be purchased at the cable car station. The cableway is in operation from 8:30 - 16:30
